Served as Technical Head for the MSME component of the World Bank-funded NG-CARES (Nigeria COVID-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus) programme in Ebonyi State. Coordinating enterprise support, beneficiary assessment, stakeholder engagement, implementation monitoring, reporting, and business development interventions designed to strengthen MSME recovery, resilience, and growth.
